The trick every busy amma already knows: boil the milk an hour early, let it cool, and keep it in the fridge.

When the school bag drops at the door, pour a glass, add 2–3 teaspoons from either pouch, stir, and hand it over. No stove, no waiting, no "amma innum aachaa?". Under a minute, start to finish.

Two flavours so it never gets boring

Choco Millet is the one kids ask for by name — ragi and millets with cocoa, and it tastes like a proper chocolate drink. Start with this one.

Nuts Boost is the nutty one — cashew, almond, pista and millets with saffron. Milder, and it makes a good change on the days they're bored of chocolate.

Alternate them through the week. Most parents tell us the child starts asking which one it is today.

How to make it

1. Boil the milk about an hour before evening. Let it cool, then keep it in the fridge.
2. Pour a glass (about 150 ml).
3. Add 2–3 teaspoons from either pouch.
4. Stir well and serve.

Works the same in warm milk if your child prefers it hot. Can also go into a banana milkshake or curd rice.

Good to know

Contains nuts. Nuts Boost also contains wheat. Close the zip after every use, keep in a cool dry place, and always use a dry spoon. Boiled milk kept in the fridge is best finished the same day.
