Our premium soup mix pairs this rare Western Ghats tuber with a full traditional spice chest: pepper, fennel, dried ginger, garlic, cinnamon, clove, turmeric, bay leaf and three dals. Freshness, Storage & Shelf Life

We make in small batches, because there are no preservatives holding our products together. Freshness is the preservative.

Store food mixes in an airtight container, in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Always use a dry spoon. A wet spoon is the number one reason a natural powder goes bad early.
Finish before the Best Before date printed on your pack, and use it up soon after opening.
Soaps last longer on a draining dish that lets the bar dry between baths. Shampoos — close the cap tight, keep out of direct sun.
Small differences between batches are normal. Real turmeric, real beetroot and real herbs are never identical twice; slight variation in colour, aroma or texture is the proof that nothing artificial was added to standardise it.
