PREPARATION METHOD OF SESAME RICE MIX
- Mix 2 tablespoons of Sesame Rice Mix with a bowl of steamed rice, add sesame oil, mix well and eat.
- Mix bowl of curd with 3-5 tablespoons of Sesame Rice Mix, add water and salt. Season with mustard & curry leaves and make it a wonderful chutney for rice/idli/dosa.
- Saute mustard, curry leaves, 1 chilli & sliced onion in a pan; add salt & 1-2 tablespoons of sesame rice mix; add a bowl of steamed rice and serve hot like a fried rice.
